199 & Transformers History The 199 clan started in the Year 1920, in Luzon Island, Philippines. At that time, 199 was an organization to help others in their health problems, and to support them with their financial problems. It was a very successful organization, and soon spread out all over Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and even Canada. In the year of 1997, Michael Hui, the 7th leader, operated a small department within the 199 organization, called the ‘199 Clan’. This department soon developed to become an actual warfare clan. Over the years, the clan 199 has never lost in a single battle and never lost any soldiers during wars. This is because of the ‘Ultimate Filter Security System (UFSS)’. The UFSS controls the whole of 199 City's boundaries. It only allows 199 members into the city, and all intruders or other people will be destroyed as soon as they touch the imaginary boundaries of the city. This highly, ultimately operated defense system allows the 199 City to be unharmed and perfectly safe under protection. Clan Transformers was started a while ago in October 2007. It is quite a new clan, but has enormous defensive powers. 1st clan leader, Rowena Ramos, developed this clan to destroy the old attackers, and finally, in 18th November 2007, the two clans joined to form a single clan ‘199 Transformers Clan’, after the agreement of both leaders, the 8th leaders of 199, Pillow Hui & Long Pillow Hui, and the leader of Transformers, Rowena Ramos. These two clans are officially combined to form '199 Transformers', a clan originally developed in Hong Kong and Philippines.
